Solitaire Legacy AKA Willium to his friends.

Born in 2000, an 18hand Chestnut Gelding Shire x Hanoverian. Owned by Deni Caldecot and loaned to the English Vaulting Squad for his competitive career.

EVS gained Willium in April 2009, Willium has been a challenge but at Easter in 2010 he competed in his first International at Saumur with Lydia Barham. He acheived horse scores of 6, even though he went very fast and trotted! Time and training however have changed Willium and in 2011 at Saumur he achieved horse marks of 7.5 and a respectful 12th place with George Cox and very respectful place of 14th with Ellie Cundy, both vaulters having to compete in the senior class.

2011 has brought Willium selection at his first Championships in Le Mans, France with George Cox in the Junior class and we are all extremely proud of them both. Willium is going from strength to strength and although extremely grumpy in his stable, when tacked up is very well behaved and we all love him to bits.

Willium lives in a stable opposite his girl friend Go fast and is used by some of the students at Moultion College, he regularly competes in Novice dressage classes and also enjoys a little jumping, he is an excellent hack and also enjoys a lille pampering on the aqua treadmill and an occasional swim.
