English Vaulting Squad

The Team Balanced English Vaulting Squad The EVS were formed in 2000 by a group of committed vaulters and parents who wished to advance up to International level. At that time we had just two horses, Duke and Bowler. Since then we have purchased Tiny and Go for Gold from the Warwickshire College at Moreton Morrell, Tiny has now gone to Ararat Martin Ruiz (Spanish Vaulting Champion). We have been loaned Herbie from Alex Hargie and most recently aquired Geoffrey and Canasta who are both steadily improving.

	EVS has vaulters from various groups in England, including Warwick, Genmini, Venus, Wittering, Arrow and Overton. New members are always welcome. We train regularly at Fenny Compton in Warwickshire and travel many miles over the year in order to compete. Since 2000 we have been to France, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany and Austria. Head coach is Julie McNally who has the assistance of Sarah Watson on a regular basis and Suzi Shortland who trains the Warwick group at Lowlands farm.
